Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (VWTS) was formed in January 2022 with the merger of Suez Water Technologies & Solutions and Veolia and provides water engineering services.  The company designs, builds, and offers drinking water networks, sludge and wastewater treatment, desalination, odor control, and chemical conditioning solutions. VWTS serves municipal and industrial clients worldwide.

By bringing together the two world leaders in water management and environmental services, this merger will allow Veolia to leverage the combined human, technical and technological capital to better serve local customers and help guarantee a sustainable future across North America. The combined experience and expertise of Veolia and SUEZ will strengthen the company’s ability to provide solutions to operational and environmental challenges for customers across North America. Additionally it will allow the company to invest more, to innovate and invent more, all with the goal of guaranteeing a more sustainable future for the communities in which it operates.
