KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Serve as primary point of contact for all post-sales activities, such as customer onboarding, consultative guidance, product training, etc.
- Monitor customer health indicators and sentiment trends to proactively restore customer confidence.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by delivering best practices and value-added guidance.
- Establish long-term roadmaps, with frequent checkpoints, for each customer.
- Conduct regular business reviews to review successes and challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management or Account Management role
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
- Procure-to-pay or source-to-contract domain expertise, preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel 25-50% (when safe to resume travel).
