Our client, a top-notch Procurement services organization that serves the Fortune 1000 marketplace, is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to take their company to the next level. If you answered yes to the questions above, you may be a fit!

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all post-sales activities, such as customer onboarding, consultative guidance, product training, etc.
  • Monitor customer health indicators and sentiment trends to proactively restore customer confidence.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers by delivering best practices and value-added guidance.
  • Establish long-term roadmaps, with frequent checkpoints, for each customer.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to review successes and challenges.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management or Account Management role
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Procure-to-pay or source-to-contract domain expertise, preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% (when safe to resume travel).
