The Global SIOP Leader will develop a global Sales and Operations planning organization that can develop an executable and aligned SIOP plan in a fast paced and demanding growth environment by leveraging his/her strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.


  • Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to maintain and mature process that provides customers an accurate view of lead times.
  • Reduce variance between SIOP plan and actual results.
  • Streamline a sustainable process in partnership with commercial.
  • Drive accountability with operations (manufacturing, logistics, aftermarket etc) to develop and sustain visibility of production constraints for long-term planning.
  • Establish and achieve desired FG inventory levels by product segment.
  • Build roadmap for development, growth in talent to achieve world class sales and operations planning practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience leading a Sales and Operations Planning function within automotive, aviation, other discrete manufacturing industries, Tier 1 or Tier 2 Production / Fulfillment Experience; global experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track-record of looking past Supply Chain-focused execution to discerning impact on the business and commercial impact of role.
  • Excellent leadership, team building and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Adept with technology.
