The Source to Pay Application Administrator is responsible for the implementation, administration, quality, and support of the Procure to Pay tool for the enterprise.

 KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Responsible for the implementation, administration, quality, and support of the Procure to Pay tool for the enterprise.
  • Responsible for interfaces, unit/integration testing, training, reports, external/internal partners communication.
  • Develop application learning guides, provide instructions, and facilitate training for internal users. Serve as application key point of contact for business partners.
  • Key contact for troubleshooting challenges.
  • Partner with IT, AP, Compliance, Sourcing, and other teams.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT Systems Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of Procurement and/or Operations experience with exposure to supplier management and a record of increased responsibility and/or work complexity within a best practice environment
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong research, writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications, and strong technical aptitude.
