The Sr. Manager, Procurement will implement Global category and Real Estate initiatives within the Americas’ region in collaboration with other team members.  Additionally, this role will develop and implement regional category and sub-category strategies for Technology, Data, Corporate Services, Real Estate, Insurance and Travel.


  • Lead development of regional and local supplier strategies and selection processes and negotiations of regional or local contracts, in alignment with Global guidelines and practices.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships within the region, including understanding their key requirements.
  • Support supplier management activities and manage supplier performance and innovation activities for regional suppliers.
  • Implement regional standard procedures, policies, processes, and systems
  • Train local buyers on roles and responsibilities aligned with Global procurement.
  • Manage local Real Estate leases and ensure all facilities services suppliers and/or in-house resources are managed.
  • Provide management and leadership for a team across geographical locations, creating a culture of customer focus and high performance.



  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/ Business Administration or similar field or commensurate work experience.
  • 10+ years’ work experience in a procurement role as well as experience with facilities management.
  • Understanding of sourcing processes and tools as well as contract documents and key legal requirements.
  • Strong preference for Professional Procurement and/or Facilities Management Qualifications.
  • Proven financial, analytical, business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Assertive personality and a self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
