The Tech Partner Manager is responsible for services and technologies which are sold in conjunction with company products. This role is responsible for delivering solutions to customers which create an excellent customer experience and support the company’s financial and strategic objectives.


  • Execute on the mission, vision, and strategies, while obtaining and exceeding objectives and key results to maximize outcomes against stakeholder success metrics and value creation plans.
  • Collaborate in the prioritization, identification, assessment, qualification, and selection of new technology partners with Product Management and Sales leadership.
  • Facilitate new product introduction enabling methodologies, communications, and implementation plans to maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ongoing management of partner relationships throughout their lifecycle.
  • Gather feedback from critical stakeholder teams on a regular basis across to constantly prioritize time allocation while improving and optimizing outcomes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology product and/or vendor management is required.
  • Supply chain technology experience preferred with expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, procurement or accounts payable.
  • High level of customer focus, establishing and maintain good customer relationships as an organizational leader.
  • Analytic and strategic thinking, solid decision-making skills.
  • Strong planning, written and verbal communication skills.
