JOB SUMMARY
Global Company is confidentially searching for a Plant Manager that is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of plant and their employees. The duties include hiring and training manufacturing plant employees, reviewing production records to determine whether employees meet their performance expectations and coordinating with corporate management to enforce changes to plant budgets or safety procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee operations to ensure safety.
- Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.
- Manage production.
- Create and manage budgets.
- Recruit, train and onboard new employees.
- Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste.
- Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes.
- Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement.
- Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment.
- Perform other tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years related experience in positions of Manufacturing Plant Management or equivalent with 50 or more employees.
- Experienced in P&L operations and forecasting.
- Well organized individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
- Experienced in contracts and negotiations.
- Rotary printing experience.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
Preferred:
- Knowledge in health and industrial market is a plus.
- Flexo printing experience.
- RFID printing experience.
- Lean Six Sigma.
- Private Equity experience.

This role is based out of company offices, located in O’Fallon, MO.
