JOB SUMMARY
Oliver has recently implemented SAP S/4 HANA & MES (Manufacturing Execution System) including the SAP embedded PP/DS (production planning/detailed scheduling) advanced planning module. At the heart of this project is a business process transformation that pairs industry best practices with technology to deliver an improved end user and customer experience.
The SIOP Manager is responsible for collaborating across functional areas and levels of the organization to implement and sustain a Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process that is aligned with Oliver strategic requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map current state SIOP related processes and consolidate SIOP business requirements.
- Define future state SIOP business processes that support delivering against targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) influenced by SIOP.
- The KPIs should include financial, operational, and service levels such as: OTIF, lead time, inventory turns, safety stocks, forecast accuracy, etc.
- SIOP process should include mechanisms for scenario planning and evaluating trade-off decisions that balance performance across KPIs.
- Lead cross functional team through Solution Design phase to evaluate software solution options considering those available within current ERP as well as new ERP modules and/or third-party solutions.
- Recommend to Director of Global SIOP, Stakeholders, & Executive team the long term SIOP solution design as well as project plan with key milestones to implement process in line with strategic objectives.
- Lead implementation of SIOP process across all Oliver Sites Globally.
- Facilitate SIOP process per cadences defined in the design phase.
- Lead the demand planning processes with inputs from commercial, financial, operations, supply chain, quality, human resources, and marketing.
- Partner with Production Planning team to generate supply plans in support of SIOP cadence.
- Facilitate process to identify and resolve gaps between demand and supply plans.
- Manage defined resources (time, budget, human capital, etc.) to deliver SIOP implementation objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with SIOP participants and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Education- 4 year degree
Experience- 7 years minimum experience in SIOP, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain
- Proven understanding of SIOP process and experience leading or participating in process.
- Strong change management skills and experience leading business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience leveraging ERP systems to support planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be skillful at influencing decisions and opinions, negotiating, and building consensus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Reporting experience using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS office Tools
Preferred Qualifications- Masters in business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant discipline
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, ideally including SAP ePPDS and SAP IBP
- PMP Certification or course work related to Project Management
Working Conditions- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- must be able to lift up to 10lbs.

- Masters in business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant discipline
- Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management Best Practices, and/or SIOP (or S&OP)
- Experience in supervisory or managerial position(s)
