Naseem A. Malik

Naseem Malik has gone from sourcing goods to sourcing talent. After gaining 15 years' experience as a procurement practitioner, Naseem turned his full attention to something he enjoys most - leveraging his network, connecting the dots and finding the best talent in the supply management profession.

Spanning diverse industries, he has worked in numerous roles of increasing responsibility. He was Director of Global Sourcing at both Terex Corporation and ACCO Brands, and his background includes working in management consulting for AT Kearney, as well as multiple start-up businesses. While working at major Fortune 500 companies, Naseem gained valuable insights on how to attract and retain top-notch talent. He is well versed in building and leading high-performing teams on a global basis.

As an active member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and various Purchasing Councils, Naseem has authored articles for Inside Supply Management magazine, SpendMatters, and presented on topics relating to talent challenges in the global marketplace. As a result, this provides him a significant advantage in quickly and effectively sourcing and matching top talent with the best opportunities.

Naseem holds an MBA from the University of Illinois-Chicago and resides in Chicago with his family.

Oscar Vicario

The newest addition to MRA Global, Oscar Vicario is a forward-thinking business professional with a multi-disciplined background in Recruitment Consulting, Banking, and Business Development. Although an unconventional background in the world of procurement, Oscar draws his experience from working at some of the nation's top lending and banking institutions.

Serving as a Recruiting Associate, Oscar has been tasked with bringing his outside-the-box approach and fresh perspective to MRA Global by leveraging his strong industry knowledge. Oscar's focus is on helping companies save millions and enhance their organization's performance via strategic sourcing of talent.

Nick Lazzara

Nick Lazzara joined MRA Global in 2012 and serves the organization as a Practice Director, Sourcing and Procurement.

Nick brings an energetic, dedicated approach to full cycle recruiting. He has extensive knowledge of social networking sites, job boards and search engines; mastering the art of social recruiting to bring to light previously unknown Supply Management talent. He is also an active member of ISM (Institute for Supply Management) and has contributed to the function by participating in multiple presentations through organizations like Corporate United, and writing several blogs and articles for well-respected publications, including Spend Matters and the Strategic Sourceror.

Nick has been with MRA Global since its inception and has focused on recruiting top Strategic Sourcing and Procurement talent for his clients. He spearheads searches for MRA's clients ranging in size from smaller PE-backed firms to Fortune 100 organizations. Nick has placed mid to senior level Procurement roles across a broad spectrum of commodities and categories within several industries, including Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Diverse Manufacturing, Aerospace, Retail, Tech, Consulting and Insurance to name a few.
