MRA Global Sourcing has returned from the very successful ISM2016 conference in Indianapolis, IN! We were honored to be the only executive search firm exhibitor in attendance, and took full advantage of the packed agenda, which boasted world class key-note speakers and several learning tracks.
As a member of the Conference Leadership Committee, Naseem Malik, Managing Partner at MRA, enjoyed executing the agenda he co-created with his peers. Additionally, Naseem was invited to moderate this year’s Indy 500-themed panel at the invitation-only EXEC IN session, where leading CPOs shared candid insights on how they put the pedal to the metal to ensure alignment and successes they’ve had that keep them in the driver’s seat.
Amongst the informative presentations at the conference, MRA’s very own Kaitlyn Krigbaumand our partner at Source One Management Services, Diego De La Garza, shared the importance of developing and maintaining a strong personal brand in order to achieve career advancement and how procurement organizations need to market themselves with the C-suite to become recognized business leaders in their presentation titled ‘Who’s that Under the Helmet? How to Brand Yourself and Your Team for Greater Reward.’
