MRA Global Sourcing recently attended yet another successful ISM Annual Conference last week in Nashville, TN! The four-day conference had a remarkable turnout of Procurement professionals who gained meaningful industry insights from the impressive keynote speakers, presentations and panel discussions.
As a member of the ISM2018 Conference Leadership Committee, Naseem Malik, Managing Partner at MRA, enjoyed executing the agenda he co-created with his peers. Additionally, Naseem was invited to moderate “Competing for Procurement Talent” at the invitation-only ExecIn session, where leading CPOs engaged in a lively discussion on the subject and shared strategies they have found to be successful in navigating this distinct challenge.
MRA Global’s own Nick Lazzara presented alongside Kaitlyn Krigbaum (Source Once Management Services) and Scott Ottenheimer (QBE North America) in a jam-packed session titled: “Orchestrating a Procurement Transformation: A Symphony of Recruiting, Branding and Leading” where they offered strategies to help procurement teams successfully maneuver through a transformation, including how to change the conversation, gain executive buy-in, and establish a top-notch Procurement department.
We thoroughly enjoyed networking with remarkable Supply Management talent throughout the conference and look forward to the opportunity to do so again next year in Houston!
